The 7 Steps
The Transcendental Meditation technique is taught through an initial seven-step course of personalized instruction along with an optional lifetime of follow-up support to ensure maximum benefits from the practice.
Step 1:
Introductory Lecture – A vision of possibilities through the Transcendental Meditation program—enhancing mental potential, health and social relationships, and promoting world peace. (2 hours)
Step 2:
Preparatory Lecture – The mechanics of the TM technique—how it works, why it is easy to learn and effortless to practice, how it is different from other forms of meditation, and the origins of the technique. (1 hour)
Step 3:
Personal Interview – A brief private meeting with a qualified teacher of the TM program, following the Preparatory Lecture. (1 hour)
Step 4: (Four days of instruction—over four consecutive days)
Personal Instruction – One-on-one instruction in the TM technique with a qualified TM teacher. (2 hours)
Step 5:
First Day of Checking (group meeting) – Verifying correctness of the practice and further instruction. (2 hours)
Step 6:
Second Day of Checking (group meeting) – Understanding the mechanics of the TM technique based on personal experiences. (2 hours)
Step 7:
Third Day of Checking (group meeting) – Understanding higher stages of human development. (2 hours)
How much does Transcendental Meditation cost?
- Adult course fee: GH¢300
- Full-time student: GH¢150
- Couples who learn together: GH¢300 + GH¢150
- Children under 18 (if learning to meditate with a parent): GH¢75

All course participants receive instruction from our certified teachers who have received over six months of extensive and detailed training in order to provide you with the best quality of experience possible.
Free Lifetime Support:
After learning the Transcendental Meditation Technique you are provided with free follow up services including;
- Meditation checking
- Advanced knowledge lectures and materials
- Network of support by any of our certified teachers at any time, no matter where or how long ago you learned.
These services are life long and are available through the network of certified TM teachers throughout the world.
